STRESS - WORK - TINNITUS
Studies show that stress such as that often found in the work environment can cause tinnitus in a healthy person that has never experienced tinnitus before or can increase the level of ones already present tinnitus.
With work, ones nerves are already frayed and can therefore not handle more stress. It is this reason why ones body develops tinnitus.

The hypothalamus and related structures in the brain such as;- the pituitary glands, hypothalamus, basal cisterns, corpus callosum, brain stem, ventricular system and pons all play a big part in causing or making tinnitus worse. These may be affected by medications, stress, trauma, tumors or even dietary nutrients in the blood.
One is often aware that as their stress levels increase, their condition becomes worse.
Anxiety and traumatic life events can actually also trigger tinnitus. When you are faced with long periods of stress, such as the death of a loved one, high levels of pressure at work, certain brain functions are performed inappropriately.
