It is a disorder of the inner ear that causes episodes of dizziness or a loss of balance (Vertigo), ringing or a roaring sound in the ears (Tinnitus), a feeling of fullness or pressure in the ear, fluctuating hearing loss and the sensation of pain in the affected ear.
